What is PHYD.com?
PHYD is the Adecco group company that, through the phyd.com platform, will take care of your training.
Why am I having viewing problems on PHYD.com?
PHYD supports the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, mobile, tablet and PC browsers. Edge Internet Explorer browser is not supported. If you are using the correct browser, clear your cache, delete cookies and update your browser to the latest version.
I have chosen the courses but I have not yet received any email to access them

You will be able to attend the courses you have chosen only when you receive the confirmation email from Adecco Associates <associates@adecco.it> with Subject: PAC_ Adecco Project Start. It is necessary to wait for the technical times for the activation of the project.

I can't find PHYD email to join the courses

If you use a Libero email box, this prevents you from receiving emails from PHYD.

To fix the situation follow this procedure:

I completed the course, but I can't download the certificate of participation

Contact supporto@phyd.com and attach the screenshot showing the completion of the last module of the course or the score obtained in the final test, taking care to also include the frame of your browser.

Remember that the supported browser is Chrome, and we recommend that you update it and clear your history and cache. In 24 hours you will be able to download your certificate of participation.

IMPORTANT! Only complete requests with the screenshot showing the completion of the course will be processed.

The course has stopped - what to do?

Contact supporto@phyd.com, attaching the screenshot that shows the completion of the form that does not update. In this way our technicians will update it manually.

Remember that the supported browser is Chrome, and we recommend that you update it and clear the history and cache. In 24 hours you will be able to download your certificate of participation.

Why can't I access the courses?
To access the courses you must register on phyd.com. To do so, use the email you received with the registration notification.
What should I do if I don't receive the registration email for the platform or I have problems registering?
If you have not received the registration email or have problems registering, contact supporto@phyd.com, we will reply as soon as possible. It is also recommended to check the spam and updates folder.
Why can't I see the courses my company has chosen?
  • It is possible that you signed up with an email address other than your official company email address, therefore you are not a PHYD Organizations user. Contact supporto@phyd.com to resolve the issue.
  • It is possible that you are looking for content that has not been selected by your company, to which you therefore do not have access. Contact your company for clarification.
  • If you have joined the PAC project and have chosen the courses, you can start attending them once you receive the confirmation email from Adecco Associates <associates@adecco.it> with Subject: PAC Project Start_ Adecco. It is necessary to wait for the technical times for the activation of the project.
  • If your case does not correspond to the two cases listed above, contact supporto@phyd.com  providing information about it. For each report, always remember the email you use to access PHYD and send us a screenshot of the problem, taking care to also include the frame of your browser.  Remember that the supported browser is Chrome, and we recommend that you update it and clear the history and cache.

Timing:  
We take charge of emails that arrive at supporto@phyd.com on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.

I have not requested the TAG – Code of Conduct or SA8000 course
The courses have been assigned to you by Adecco as our STI worker, so we strongly recommend that you take them.
When will the new courses be activated?

The courses provided by the PAC Project are activated one at a time. New courses will be activated only after the expiration date of the last activated course (about 30 days after activation). Therefore, if you have finished a course, you will only need to wait for the technical times and receive a confirmation email from Adecco Associates associates@adecco.it with the notification of the activation of the new course.

If the waiting times exceed those expected, we recommend contacting your Adecco Branch, which will make sure to check the status of the course and give you feedback as soon as possible.

When can I attend the courses? How much time do I have to complete them?

The courses are in Asynchronous FAD mode, that is, it is a distance learning course (16/max 20 hours) recorded and can be done remotely, in completely digital mode. The course expiry date is indicated in the Training Agreement.

Why should I take the courses you indicate?
The courses for which you have received notification of enrollment have been selected directly by Adecco for you, as an STI worker. Their use, therefore, is strongly recommended for your professional growth path.
Why did I receive your emails even though I am no longer an Adecco employee?
If you have received an email regarding participation in the courses on PHYD and you are no longer an Adecco employee, we apologize for this and invite you to report it directly to supporto@phyd.com. We will delete you from our databases.
